How long are the long dresses and short dresses?

- The skirt of the short dresses measures approximately 72 cm (28 inches) from the waist, however, there are some longer skirts which can be seen in the photo itself with a midi length.

- The long dresses, measured from the base of the neck, measure approximately 165 cm (65 inches)

Will I receive the same product as I see in the photo?

Yes, except for those products with handmade processes where there might be a slight difference in the finish. MADISON COUTURE is committed to the craftsmanship of all its dresses, which is why there may be slight variations in colour and finish.

The colours of the dresses and accessories shown in the photograph may vary from the one physically represented, due to the calibration of each screen and the colour profiles used to display the photo digitally. No product returns will be accepted for this reason.

Taxes and fees

- Deliveries to EU countries

Deliveries to countries within the EU are subject to value added tax (VAT) included in the price.

- - Deliveries to countries outside the EU

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union do NOT include VAT and any customs duties that may be due in the destination country.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes, you can remove unwanted items from your shopping basket as long as you have not processed the order.


What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

You can make your purchase by credit card or paypal.

For what reason can my credit card be declined?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

- The card may be expired. Check that your card has not exceeded the validity date.

- The card may have reached its limit. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.

- It may be that some of the information entered is incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?

Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For credit and debit card payments, you are required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card used as a security measure in e-commerce transactions.


Where can I receive my order?

You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.-never at a post office box).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Headdresses, hats, mantillas and accessories that are in stock will have a delivery time of approximately 5 working days within Spain or Europe. Other countries it could takes one or two weeks. Products that need to be made, such as bridesmaid, party and wedding dresses, which are not available in stock, will have a manufacturing and shipping date of up to 30 working days.

Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?



- Returns via courier - Spain

To return your purchase it is not necessary to do anything online. Inside your order box you will find a return form. In it you will find the instructions to follow in order to proceed with the return.

You must return the goods in the same package you received them in, following the instructions you will find in the "RETURNS" section of this website. This option will not entail any additional cost for you.

In the event that you do not wish to return the goods via one of the free options available, you will be responsible for the return costs. Please note that if you choose to return the goods to us carriage paid we will be entitled to charge you for any costs we may incur. After examining the item we will let you know if you are entitled to a refund of any monies paid.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 15 working days of receipt of the order. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

The refund will always be made to the same means of payment that you used to pay for the purchase.

Costs associated with the initial delivery charges will not be refunded.

We do not accept exchanges or returns of garments made to order or with alterations.

- Returns by courier - Outside Spain

Orders placed outside of Spain. If you wish to process a return from a destination other than Spain, it will be the customer who will assume the shipping costs to the address indicated in the RETURNS FORM. The cost associated with the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

- Returns of defective products

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the stipulations of the contract, you should contact us immediately through our contact channels providing details of the product and the damage suffered, or by calling (+34) 955 26 90 97 where we will tell you how to proceed.

Do I have to pay anything for requesting an exchange or return?

No. Exchanges and returns are free of charge.

How long does it take to make an exchange or return?

The deadline for any return or exchange is 15 days after receiving the email confirmation of shipment.

Will I be refunded the full amount of each product purchased?

Unless it is an accessory, which cannot be returned, or a personalised garment, we will always refund the full amount of the garment. Shipping costs, if any, are not refunded.

Costs associated with the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

We do not accept exchanges or returns of garments made to order or with alterations.
